The view from the top of the foundation wall out over Duke Forest takes your breath away. And this is only the first floor! 
There are 97 windows in the house--not counting the glass doors. I counted this morning and the lion's share are unique sizes. The ramifications of designing completely non-rectilinear forms are becoming increasingly clear. Trapezoidal windows look cool. The plan sheet for windows and doors is a work of art unto itself.
