5 years of dreaming and 3 years of planning and designing came together today for the ground breaking for "Cassilhaus". It was bittersweet to see some of those majestic trees fall but in a silent moment after all had left the site the energy was so positive that it was clear that we are being welcomed to this place. The sun was beaming in where it hadn't for a very long time and everything started to feel real for the first time. About half of the site is cleared and the silt and boundary fences are in place. We have saved many beautiful hardwood trees which will cradle the house. The next phase of the odyssey has begun....
